Valerie JoanSTONEPassed away peacefully on 11th December 2022 Aged 71 years, following a very short and unexpected illness. She was her own force of nature: Earth, Wind, Fire and Val. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children Sarah and Mark, her beautiful Grandsons, Ted (Theo, as Val called him) and Len and her daughter in law, Jen. Her funeral will take place on Friday 13th January 2023 at 12.30pm at St John the Evangelist Church, Hazelwood DE56 4AL with a burial in the churchyard to follow and then her wake will be held at the Lion Hotel in Belper. All flowers welcome, with any donations, in lieu of flowers, to go to the ICU at The Royal Derby Hospital.
