Carolyn ElizabethSTOREYpassed away on 8th May aged 75 years.
Much loved Wife of the late Dennis, Mother to Ian and Joanna, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
The funeral service is to be held at Lincoln Crematorium on 9th June at 12 noon.
Refreshments will follow at The Homestead in Bracebridge Heath. All Family and friends are welcome.
Donations in memory of Carolyn, if desired, will be donated to Cancer Research UK.
