Deeply missed by sons Terry and Ian and grandchildren Mark, Adam, Paul, James, Luke, Simon and Neil. Rest in peace. Funeral service at Lodge Hill Crematorium on Thursday 11th December at 11.00am. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to Parkinson's UK, 215 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1EJ.
