Sincere thanks go to the Palliative care team at St Andrew's Hospice who enabled Chris to fulfil his wish to stay at home. Special thanks to Simon Bryson for his compassionate and comforting service and to all who attended the funeral. Jane would also like to thank all friends and neighbours who have supported her and continue to support her through this difficult time.
