JimSUGDENWith deep sadness, we announce the passing of James ("Jim") Frederick Sugden at the age of 87 on Sunday 23 August. His humour, wisdom, and loving support and encouragement will be greatly missed by Elaine, his wife of over 60 years, his children Martin, Philip, Claire, and Caroline, their partners, and his nine grandchildren.

Jim's funeral service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Thursday 1st October 2026 at 11:30am

Following the service, the family warmly invite you to raise a glass and share more memories of Jim at The Great Northern Pub, Mickleover. Derby, Derbyshire, DE3 9FB

Donations made in lieu will be sent to Cancer Research UK
