PatriciaSULLIVANPassed away 26th December 2018. Pat died at home in Mortimer House in Kingswood. She was much loved and will be missed by residents and staff alike Pat was cared for for many years and had previously lived in Chasefield, Church Road, Frampton Cotterell and Brentry Hospital. Her funeral will take place on Thursday 31st January 2019 at Memorial Woodlands BS35 3TA. The service is at 11.00am followed by the burial at 12.00 noon R.
