Michael JohnSUMMERFIELDMichael passed away peacefully on Saturday 20th July 2024 following a short illness at the Royal Stoke University Hospital with his dear wife Sheila by his side. Michael, aged 75 years of Eaton Park. (Retired Postman).
Beloved and dear husband of Sheila, dear and loved dad of Richard and Martin, cherished and loved father in law of Sarah and Louise, much loved grandpa of Joshua, Jacob, Daniel and Poppy, dear brother of Edna and Paul, loved brother in law of Michael, John & Eileen, Pat & Jen, Joe & Gail and Denny also a treasured uncle and great uncle. Michael will be greatly missed but fondly remembered by all of his family, extended family, members of 7th Wellington Scouts Hanley, former work colleagues, neighbours and friends.
A Service to Celebrate Michael's Life will take place at Carmountside Chapel on Monday 12th August 2024 at 11:45am, followed by Interment at the Lawn Cemetery. Would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the Chapel and by request of the family formal wear is not necessary.
