EdnaSUMMERS(Née Murtough) Whickham (formerly Winlaton) Sadly, after a long illness, died in hospital aged 81 years on 25th March 2023. Much loved wife of Brian, mother of Gavin (June), step-mother of Angela (Peter) and Mark (Shirley), and sister of Kenneth (the late Linda). Doting grandmother of Matt, Amber, Jacob and Shannon. Friends please meet for funeral service at Saltwell Crematorium at 13.45hr on Monday 17th April. Family flowers only, donations if desired in lieu of flowers to Cancer Research UK. A donation box will be available at the crematorium. All welcome afterwards for refreshments at Gibside Hotel in Whickham.
