JohnSUMMERSDied peacefully at home on Sunday 3rd May 2026. A much loved husband of Val, and very loving father of John, Rachel, Stacey & Steve, doting Grandad to Ryan, Georgie and Alex. John was also a fun and loyal friend to many. He will be greatly missed.

Service at Markeaton Crematorium on Monday 1st June at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only, however donations in John's memory can be made to Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance (DRLAA).

Best wishes to the Summers family. Mr Summers was the most amazing teacher and Head of year. A fantastic fun loving man loved by all of his pupils. So much so that he is remembered with love some 50 plus years later. God bless you John x
