I'm quite sure you were my German teacher from about 1997 until 2002. I am on here today because my mum died last week, and I recognized your name. I am really sorry to read of your loss and whilst it has been a great many years, and I'm not sure this is completely appropriate, I wanted to let you know I remember how fondly you spoke of your family when teaching my class, so this must be exceptionally hard on you all. My thoughts are with you, and apologies if this is somewhat out of the blue. I just wanted to say that I recognized your name and was very sad for your loss.
