Sandra JeanSWANN(nee Palmer) Passed away on August 31st 2012 aged 59 years. Loving Wife of Malcolm, wonderful and cherished Mom of Stephen,Caroline, Elizabeth and Katharine. Sadly missed by all family and friends. Service and cremation on Monday 10th September at Yardley Crematorium at 1.00pm

12 years today we lost you Mom it seems so many years have passed but the pain of losing you is still as strong. I think about you every single day. You are such a wonderful Mom and I have so many special times and memories I think about every day. I always feel you with me and I know you still are, I just wish I could see you and have a good chat. I love you so much Mom and miss you deeply. We all do. All my love Mom and thankyou for always being there for us all.
