DavidSWANNPeacefully in hospital after a short illness with his loving family by his side aged 61 years, David.

A much loved husband of Helen.

A loving dad of Kerrie, Kevin, Joe and Esme.

A devoted grandad of Aimee and Louie.

Beloved brother of Brian, Ned and the late Christopher.

Also a devoted father-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.

Family and friends please meet for Service at West Road Crematorium on Monday 4th December at 11.00am.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations in lieu if desired to Smile For Life Charity. A collection plate will be available at the Crematorium.
