ShirleySYKESTim, Jonathan and families would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence and for donations given for Kirkwood Hospice, received in their recent bereavement. Grateful thanks to Dr Mani and all the district nurses for their care and kindness given to Shirley. Thanks are also extended to Christine Freeman for her lovely service and to Andrew at Radcliffe Funeral Service for his support and guidance with the funeral arrangements.
