DerekSYLVESTER(Formerly Of Walsall Wood) Passed away on Friday 25th October 2013, at Queens Hospital Burton upon Trent aged 76 years. Derek will be sadly missed by Julie and all his family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Streetly Crematorium in the East Chapel on Friday 8th November at 2.15pm.
