Thanks also to Tracy and staff at William Jardine for their support and sympathy, the Rev Dr Maurice Bond for the service and to all the doctors, nurses and carers who looked after Elizabeth so well. Sincere thanks to all who attended the service and for the £350 in kind donations which were received for the Macmillan Nurses
