Piotr JacekSZWEMINPassed away at home on 24th March 2023 aged 77 years. He will be greatly missed by all his loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held Thursday 13th April 2023 in the Woodland Chapel, Westerleigh Crematorium at 10:45am Family flowers only please.
