TAMKINPeacefully at Hillside Nursing Home, Aylesbury, on 10th February 2009, Connie, beloved wife of the late Denis, loving and devoted mother to Edward and Pat, and much loved grandmother to Ruth and James. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. A service of thanksgiving will take place at Emanuel Church, Chesham today (Thursday 19th February) at 12 noon followed by committal at Chilterns Crematorium.
