I'm saddened to hear of Jeff's passing. I knew Jeff as a teenager as I hung around with his younger brother Phil. He was always a great character and a joker. Our paths crossed over the years while he was with the Ambulance Service and I was in the police at Grimsby - he always had the time time speak and make me laugh.
Thinking of his family at this sad time.
