HazelTATTONHazel passed away peacefully in Southmead Hospital after a short period of illness aged 95 years.
A cherished Mum, Grandma and Great Grandma, Hazel will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Thursday 18th June at 11.00 am Westerleigh Crematorium Woodland Chapel Followed by a wake at the Players Golf Club Coderington, Bristol BS37 6RZ.
All Hazel's friends and family are welcome to attend. We want this occasion to be a fond farewell and celebration of Hazel's life.
