Also to Dr. Boulton, the staff at New Street Surgery and the doctors, nurses and staff, particularly Oncology Outpatients, Ward 12 and Ward 3 at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary for their care and kindness, and to Zetta Bear for her visit and comforting Service.
