I wonder if this is the same George Taylor I knew circa 1962-67? We were members of Dorchester Rovers football team, as most of the players lived in Dorchester Avenue, Whitleigh. I remember George had two brothers, one was called Robert. I note George was 74 when he passed, I’ve just turned 75. He attended Sutton High School and was a keen Plymouth Argyle supporter. Other members of the football team were Roger Beer, the Freeman brothers, Michael Rice, John Bottomley. If it is the George that I knew, sorry to hear the sad news.
