Sadly passed away after a long illness on the 2nd of July aged 98 years. Born in Tiger Bay, Cardiff and lived happily in Gabalfa for 68 years with his beloved Muriel.

A wonderful father to Delaney, Richard, Karen and Ursula. A loving grandfather to Daniel, Charli, William, Simone, Charles and Hannah. Will also be sadly missed by Vicky, Reuben, Sharon and Christine. As well as Mary, Joyce and Derek in the USA.

Gramps,

You are much loved by the family and will be missed now and always. We are grateful for the time that we shared with you and the memories that we made will be forever held dear.

William and I will always remember the stories you told us, not just your seafaring adventures, but that of the Black Pearl and The Jungle Book.

You have been a constant in our lives for so many years, that it is going to be incredibly difficult to move on and the grief felt is unimaginable. We love you so much and we will continue to live our lives in the knowledge that you loved us dearly.
