Gillian MaxineTAYLORSadly but peacefully, Gillian passed away on Monday 26th August 2024, aged 82 years.

Loving wife of the late Alan Taylor. Much loved and cherished mum of Dean and Maxine Grandma to Abigail Sister to Jennifer, Richard, Mark and the late Janet.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of 'Patch' will be held at Woodlands Crematorium on Wednesday 2nd October at 2pm.

Family flowers only by request but donations may be made in lieu for Alzheimer's Society Co-op Funeralcare 2 Bottesford Road Scunthorpe DN16 3HE Tel. 01724 843150

So sorry to hear about the passing of Gill. I remember the first day I met Gill at a Scunthorpe Road Club club night. I totally under estimated her speed and fitness. I never came close to beating her on that course! I will also remember you by your lovely smile and your perfume. I copied off you Gill and still wear Clinique Aromatics to this day. I hope Alan has oiled your bike ready for you in heaven.

Rest in peace Grandma. I’ll always remember these memories: Going toys R us with you, seeing the deers at the deer park near you, and eating all your chocolates at Christmas & going to Cleethropes for a walk on the beach. 🫶🏼Abigail
