Christine SarahTAYLORIt is with great sadness that the family announces that Christine passed away at St Mary's Care Home in the early hours of 11 September 2026.
Christine was the beloved wife of the late Alan; mother of Gerald, Simon and Kevin; grandmother of Christina, Jamie, Callum and Jensen; mother-in-law of Birgit, Claire and Kristie; and sister of the late Jack and Gladys.
Daughter of the late William Whitby and Doris. A much-loved aunt, cousin , sister-in-law and friend to many, Christine will be greatly missed.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe, on Thursday 15 October at 12:00
to celebrate Christine's life, followed by a reception at Ashby Decoy.
Family flowers only, please. Donations may be made to St Mary's Nursing Home Residents' Fund.
