Sam beloved husband of Margaret, adored dad of Helen and David, dear father-in-law of John and Elisam also loving grandpa of Rebecca, Matthew, Bradley and Daniel.

Would friends please meet for Service and Cremation at Mountsett Crematorium, Dipton on Monday 20th July at 1.15pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Newcastle Biomedical Research Centre.
