DavidTEMPLEKaren and family would like to thank everyone for all the cards, flowers, messages and letters of sympathy received for David. We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Macmillan Nurses for their excellent care and attention to David. We will hold a service of Celebration at a later date, when all who knew David will be able to attend. Thank you to Jason Threadgold Funeral Director for the efficient funeral arrangements.
