KathleenTESTAof Ashlands Nursing Home, formerly of Crawshawbooth, died on Saturday, October 26, at Ashlands Nursing Home, aged 91. She worked at Newchurch Boot and many years at Ingham's Boxes and Starline Footwear. In her spare time she enjoyed dancing, reading and heritage trips from St James the Less Church. Kathleen was a parishioner of St James the Less Church. Mum of the late Shaun, she leaves son Michael and daughters-in-law Jacqueline and Denise. The funeral took place on Tuesday, November 5, with Requiem Mass at 11am at St James the Less RC Church, conducted by Father Anthony McBride, followed by interment in Rawtenstall Cemetery.
