Derek JohnTHACKWAYSuddenly on 8th December 2023, aged 58 years.

Dearest loved brother of Julie and Tony, and beloved dad of Finley.

A celebration of a life well lived by Derek will be held at Plymouth Guildhall, Royal Parade, on Tuesday 23rd January at 10.30am followed by committal at Weston Mill Crematorium at 12.15pm.

It has been requested that in recognition of Derek's hard work in fundraising, donations in lieu of flowers, to support the work of Alzheimers Research may be made online via funeral-notices.co.uk or by collection at the ceremony.

Everyone at LFS knew and loved Derek like he was part of our family, I would like to honour the incredible warmth and jolly demeanour that made him such a successful fundraiser for the many charities he has represented over the years.
Derek will be truly missed by all.
