Sincere thanks to the staff on Wards 3, 12 and 17 at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and Upper GI nurses Nicola and Wendy for their support over the last two years. Heartfelt thanks to The Huddersfield and Barnsley Fuchsia and Geranium Society; Golcar Lillies; Leymoor Cricket Club; Meltham, Holmfirth, Slaithwaite, Marsden and Skelmanthorpe Fire and Rescue Services; Golcar Providence Church; Golcar Baptist Church and Outlane Methodist Church for their generous comfort and support given to Michael's family.
