Eleven years on from this remarkable man's death. I was one of Dyfrig Thomas's O-level and A-level pupils at Barry Boys' Comprehensive School 1969-1971. I hope I'm forgiven for shamelessly using this site as a possible way to contact three contemporaries from this time, as I've had no success via other routes: Glyn Jones, Stephen Murphy and Huw Joyce. Would be good to be in touch and remember those times. Andrew Keener, 07767 685179.

Dear Family of Dyfrig, this is Hans-Peter Dietrich writing in Atlanta, Georgia. I have been thinking about Dyfrig over the past decades and just learned about his passing now. My sincerest belated condolences to you. I met Dyfrig in the school year of 1982/83 when I was an assistant teacher at Barry Boys Comprehensive School and luckily got to hear him play the organ in Cardiff a number of times. he was a great friend one cannot forget. All my very best to you. Hans-Peter (lufthans3@gmail.com)
