Jason LeeTHOMASTOT Suddenly passed away on Friday 30th March 2018, at his home, aged 46 years. Jason, beloved father of Kayleigh, Josh and Liam, son of Mary and brother of Andrea, Julie and Lindsey. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral will take place at Ty-Hedd Funeral Home on Tuesday 1st May at 11:15 am, followed by Interment at Morriston Cemetery, Section ZZ at 12:15 pm.
