John JackTHOMASTHOMAS - JOHN (JACK), April 17, 2020. Died peacefully at home will be terribly missed but never forgotten. We all love you very much. Broken hearted partner Sally, Children and Partners, Step children, Grandchildren and Great grandchildren. Sadly missed by all family and friends. A private cremation will be held on Monday 18th May, no flowers by request.
