HazelTHOMASUnexpectedly on Friday 21st July 2023 Hazel aged 79 years passed away whilst in the care of Diana Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby Hazel is reunited with her loving Husband the late John (AJ). Hazel was a proud and devoted Mum of Alan and Tracey, a beloved Mother-in-Law of Shelly, a loving Nanna of Gemma, Rebecca, Daniel and Charlotte and a very dear Friend to many. Hazel will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A celebration of Hazel's life will take place at the Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 21st August 2023 at 1:30pm. By the family's request family flowers only, but if so desired, donations can be sent in lieu of the Air Ambulance in Hazel's memory or given on the day of the service.
