Susan DianeTHOMASPassed peacefully at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital on the 28th January 2024, Susan aged 64 years.

Loving partner of Stuart, dearly loved mother of Charlotte, Steven and Melanie. Proud grandmother of Danielle, Lee, Ethan and Rosie. Devoted daughter of Joan.

Funeral service at Exeter and Devon Crematorium, St Peter's Chapel on Thursday 29th February at 10.30am.

The family request casual dress with the colour red if possible. No football tops except for Liverpool FC please.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for South West Children's Heart Circle and The Youth, Art and Health Trust may be given by retiring collection, or sent to

So sad to hear the news of Sue’s passing. She was a force to be reckoned with; no nonsense but with a real and deep compassion. I’m sorry I can’t be there to say goodbye in person (I’m currently half way round the globe and I can hear Sue saying “Don’t let something like that stop you!) - but my thoughts will be with her family her friends and her colleagues, amongst whom I was proud to number.
