EdwinTHOMPSONDied peacefully in hospital on the 8th April 2022, aged 83 years.

Beloved husband of Margaret. Much loved Dad of David, Julie, Michael and Peter. Proud Grandad of Daniel, Michaella, Nathan, Matthew, Joe, Christian, Sebastian, Lydia, Oliver, Isabella and William.

A former Captain of Manchester Golf Club, a loyal and steadfast friend, Eddie will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. Highly respected and deeply loved forever.

Funeral Mass to celebrate Eddie's life to be held on Thursday 28th April 2022 at 10:15am at St Vincent de Paul RC Church, Norden, OL12 7QL followed by an interment at 11:30am at Heywood Cemetery OL11 4RE. Family flowers only please. Donations in loving memory of Eddie are gratefully received to CAFOD or Cancer Research. All enquiries to Cutgate Funeralcare tel: 01706 643215.
