SusanTHOMPSONSadly Sue passed away after a long illness, fought with courage and dignity on Wednesday 28th September 2022, aged 73 years at Scunthorpe General Hospital. Dearly beloved Wife of Julian. Mum to Daughters Claire and Becky. Grandmother to Eliza, James, Charles, Iona, Chloe and Luca, who she always adored. Sister to Margaret and the late Pauline. Sue will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Would family and friends please meet at Woodlands Crematorium Scunthorpe on Thursday 20th October at 11-20am for the service and committal. Family flowers only by request, donations in memory of Sue can be made as you leave the chapel or sent directly to Dementia UK. On behalf of Sue, I want to thank all those who attended the funeral and the wake. From that little cardboard collection box at the crematorium, you raised £550.00 in cash and £60.00 in cheques. Plus the donations on this website of £210.00 plus £47.05 in Gift Aid for Dementia UK.
