AlanTHOMPSON(South Shields) Passed away peacefully in South Tyneside General Hospital on the 22nd of February 2023 aged 81. Beloved husband of Betty. Dearly loved dad to Pauline and Susan and father-in-law to David and Ian. Much loved grandad to Laura, Emma, James and Matthew and great grandad to Isaac. Dear brother of the late Maureen and Jean. Service to take place at South Shields Crematorium on Thursday 23rd of March at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to DEC Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal. All welcome afterwards to Hedworth Hall Assembly Rooms, Dean Rd, South Shields, NE33 4EA for refreshments. Any enquiries to Co-op Funeral Care, Westoe Road, South Shields NE33 4LZ.
