MavisTHOMPSONMavis passed away peacefully at Llandough Hospital on Friday 26th April aged 88 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Billy, loving mother of Peter and Lynda, dear mother-in-law of Julie, loving grandmother to Eleanor, Ross and Eva, loving great-grandmother to Elesha. Mavis will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Family flowers only, donations can be sent to, The Stroke Association, 1 Sterling Business Park, Salthouse Road. Northampton NN4 7EX

Resting at D Caesar Jones Funeral Home, until the service on Friday 31st May, at Thornhill Crematorium in the Wenallt Chapel at 11.30am.

Mavis was a lovely friend to our family over many years and we enjoyed lots of get-togethers and day trips with ‘the mothers.’ Mavis and Billy were great friends with Colin and Maureen and they shared so many good times, especially on their holidays abroad. It’s so sad that she’s gone, but she knew how to enjoy life and she made the most of it. Our sympathy and all our love is sent to Lynda and Peter and your families for your loss. Kath and Pete and all the Regans.
