SusanTHOMPSONSusan of Melbourne passed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on the 12th of August aged 72 years.

Beloved Wife of Brian.

Dearly loved Mother of James and Stephanie and Mother in Law of Tasha and Mark.

Much loved Grandmother of Oscar, Archie, Millie, Louis and Isla.

A service to remember Susan will be held on Thursday 29th of August at Trent Valley Crematorium at 10.30am.

Flowers are welcome or if desired a donation in Susan's memory can be made to Royal Derby Hospital Intensive Care Unit via the donation box on the day of the service or via www.dbhc.org.uk/donate.
