Unexpectedly in RVI on 15th December 2024, Hazel a loving mam of Anne, Teresa, Simon, Lynne and the late Derek and Andrew, also a dear mother in law of Mel, Steve and Tina, a much loved gran Hazel to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Would family and friends please meet for Requiem Mass at St. Cuthbert's RC Church, Throckley on Thursday 9th January at 10.30am prior to a private cremation at the West Road Crematorium.
All welcome afterwards for refreshments at The Swan, Heddon on the Wall.
Family flowers only please donations if so desired to British Heart Foundation and The Great North Air Ambulance.
