Sheila MayTHORNALLEYAfter a short illness, Sheila sadly passed away peacefully on the 29th September at Scunthorpe General Hospital with her family by her side. A much loved Wife of Charles Alwyn. Dearly loved Mum of Derek, Dawn and Allison. Much loved Grandma of Matthew, Claire, Ben, James and Lewis, and Great Grandma to Jack. Dearly loved by Sister Enid and Sister-in-Law Nora. Dear Mother-in-Law to Pete, Ian and Julia. A funeral service will take place at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Monday 17th October 2022 at 12:40pm. Family flowers only please, but donations if so desired, may be sent to The British Heart Foundation in loving memory of Sheila. Sheila is resting in the care of Ashby Funeral Care, 174 Ashby High Street, Scunthorpe, DN16 2JR. Tel: 01724 841112

I loved my grandma so much. She was so warm, kind and loving. Visiting gran was a priority whenever we came back to Scunthorpe from the Isle of Man and I’ll miss giving her a cuddle.
