To Our Father
We only heard of your passing recently. We are so sorry that we could not spend your last moments with you. Although you were not part of our lives for so long, when we met you for the first time, it was as though a void in our lives had been filled. You were full of fun and my mother spoke very fondly of you especially of the sailor songs you used to sing to her.
Taryn and I hoped to visit the UK again to spend some more time with you but you were taken away from us too soon.
We look forward to meeting you again in another place and time where we can catch up on all the years we lost.
I am so grateful that you were surrounded with love by Tina and family whilst you were so ill. You were always in our hearts even though we were half way across the world and will always be a part of our lives.
We are so priviliged to have met you and we will always love you.
Rest in peace Dad.
Love Tatum and Taryn(Your twin daughters from South Africa)
