JohnTHORNTONPassed away on Saturday 9th September 2023 Aged 93 years.

John passed away peacefully at St. Jude Care Home, Blundellsands. Now reunited with his beloved Wife Mary. Much loved Dad, Grandad, Great-Grandad and Uncle. Former Head of Physics at St Mary's college, Crosby approx. 1955-1990.

Requiem Mass to take place at St. Joseph's Church, Crosby on Wednesday 4th October at 12:00pm followed by the committal at Thornton Crematorium at 1:30pm.

The family have respectfully requested to have Family Flowers only, however, donations online or on the day are to be made to St. Josephs Hospice.
