GeorgeTHORPEWe are sad to report the death of George Thorpe who passed away very peacefully at the age of 88 years old on the 17th November 2022 at Willow Wood Hospice surrounded by his loving family. For 61 years he was the beloved Husband of Lilian Thorpe, an adored father to Ian and David and precious Grandad to Rebecca Thorpe. He will be greatly missed but we take great comfort in knowing he knew how much he was loved and we, how much he loved us. His kindness of spirit touched many lives and his legacy will live on in all who knew him. Donations to Willow Wood Hospice who wrapped the family in love for his final few days. A fond farewell will be held at Dukinfield Crematorium on Thursday 8th December at 14:30. Sleep well Dad. Thank you for all you gave. Mum, Dave, Ian and Rebecca XXXOOOXXX
