SpencerTINSLEYSuddenly, but peacefully on 26th April 2020 at his home in Biddulph Moor, Spencer aged 52 years. The dearly loved husband of Kay, much loved dad of Oliver and Madeleine, loving son of Marie and the late Paul, loving brother to Stephen, a loved brother-in-law of Isabel, Steven and Lisa, very dear son-in-law, uncle and friend to many. i only today found out about Spen , not only was he a great plumber but a nice guy i have known since he was a lad working with his dad
