GP's and staff at Dove River Practice, staff at Queen's Hospital Burton and the ambulance crew that brought him home for his final chapter. Also the St Giles Hospice team, especially Lesley, Jess and Katy, Susan Rushton and the MPFT community nursing, Physio & OT teams, to Committed2Care especially Carol, Natasha, Marie & Elina and to Karen and all at J H Grice for their wonderful care and support. Thank you also for all the cards received and donations for Midlands Air Ambulance, Tutbury Charities and Tutbury Church. It is very much appreciated.
