Suzanne ElizabethTOFTSadly on February 2nd, Suzanne aged 52 years. Devoted Mum to Mollie, beloved daughter of the late Bernard and Janice, loved sister of David and dear partner to Sean. Funeral Service at St Albans Church, Splott on Thursday 25th February at 1:30pm. Afterwards to Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Leukaemia Care, Charity No. 1183890 Barclays a/c 80823805 Sort Code 20-98-61. Special thanks to Doctors and nursing staff on B4 Haematology at UHW, and the Haematology Day Centre for the care and support given to Suzanne.
