To the wife, children, grandchildren and family of Dr. Hoe Heng Toh.
I am Dr. James Lee from Malaysia. HH was my best and closest friend when we studied Dentistry in Singapore University 1971-75. A really jolly fellow, brillant scholar and creative artist.
We have the most enjoyable time together, many moments of which I will treasure forever.
I last met him in London in 1981-82 when his 1st daughter was borned. After that I tried contacting him but were unsuccessful.
It's really sad for me to just find out that he has left this world. I will always be thankful to him for all the wonderful memories that we shared together.
My deepest sympathy to all his loved ones whom I unfortunately didn't have the chance to meet.
May his soul rest in perpetual peace. Amen.
