Joan
You made me such a happy man when I met you all them years ago.
You were the best thing that ever happened to me.
Meeting you then the two girls who I look upon as my own are a joy and I only wish was that they would be own.
I will always try to take care of them as I know it’s what you always wanted.
I’ve always loved you but I think you knew that.
Never a day passes that I didn’t think of you and the great times we had as a family.
Love you always
Sean

Mum your early departure has a left a hole in my heart bigger than you'll ever know. Your smile, laugh and wicked sense of humour will leave an irreplaceable void. But your strength and sheer determination over the years is truly inspirational and I hope that in time, I can draw strength from that.
So for now Mum it's a 'see you later'.
