I first heard Mr Zito's magnificent arrangements on Ms Morgana King's "Cuore di Mama" album when I was 11 years old and was spellbound by the sensitivity of the orchestrations and how they carressed each note that Ms King sang. God bless Mr Zito and his magic.

Much love,

I got to know Torrie very well in the 1970's. He traveled with Tony Bennett and every time I was able to go see Tony, Torrie was there. He was a lot of fun and a great guy. We discussed many facets of show business and I was fascinated. As a musician he was absolutely GREAT. I often told him that in my opinion Tony Bennett sounded better with him then with anyone else conducting.. Being the modest man that he was, he'd just smile! We corresponded by e-mail a few months ago. I knew that he was not feeling well. He was just as gracious as always. What a man! Rest in peace Torrie.
